Carbon Black Content Test

General Information  

For the specify carbon black filler in the compound PE (Polyethylene) insulation and
sheathing.  

This Instrument is in according to ASTM, BS, or ISO, according to customer’s
required specification.  

Kind of test using the equipment:  

- Carbon Black Content Test. (IEC 60811-4-1)  

Technical specifications  

- Machine maximum working temperature: 800°C  

- Quartz tube diameter and length: Ф31 x 500 mm  

- Nitrogen (air) flow rate adjustable: 0 ~ 3 L/min  

- Oxygen (air) flow rate adjustable: 0 ~3 L/min  

- Furnace output temperature: 0 ~ 600°C according to the standard rate of heating

- Nitrogen cylinder and valve compressed air (or air compressor)
