Servo Control Low and High Temperature Tensile Strength Machine


General Information
This machine controlled with computer by setting over 20 system parameters with program, for example, force sensor’s rated value, unit, zero position and calibration value; deformation sensor’s type(photoelectric encoder or strain gauge), gauge length, rated deformation and calibration value; and selection for automatic test startup, automatic break judgment and automatic return.
It can calculate maximum force, yield strength, average peel stress, maximum deformation and other test parameters; Suitable for tension, compression, shear, tear, peel and other tests.
It is widely used in mechanical property tests at various temperatures for rubber, plastics, wire & cable, fabrics, waterproof materials, non-woven fabrics, and other nonmetal materials as well as metal wire, tinsel, metal sheet material and metal pole, etc.
Kind of test using the equipment:
- Cold Elongation test. (IEC 60811-1-4, SNI 04-6190.1.4)
